These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from harmotion.com, operated by HarMotion, Inc., 11 Executive Ave., Edison, NJ 08817, U.S.A. Our online store is not open yet; these terms will apply to orders once it is. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless you choose another currency on the site. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or import duties unless stated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we do, we will refund any payment in full.
Offers
Promotional offers, such as a launch discount for waitlist members, apply only as described in the offer and for the time stated, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs, carriers and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Warranty
HarMotion is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage to harmonicas. To make a claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
Safe use
Follow the instructions supplied with HarMotion, including those for charging and caring for the battery. Use only the supplied charger or one with the same rating, do not charge the unit unattended or near heat, and stop using it if it is damaged, swollen or unusually hot.
Intellectual property
HarMotion is protected by U.S. Patent No. 12,536,983. HarMotion™ and the HarMotion logo are trademarks of HarMotion, Inc.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A., without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
